helo... guys can anybody help me.. i want to firm my body through my weight training but i dont have any equipment at home.. and i dont have time to go to gym is there any alternative exercise that can replace with out equipments?
nope i dont have any diet plan.. but i want to gain muscles...in my body like chest, biseps,triceps, and traps.. as well as legs.. can you help me whats the exercise for it?... thanx a lot...
o yeah, i've found a fun excercise with single leg squats. If you get good at them, you can set a chair to the left or right of you. Then, explode through the concentric phase(going upward) to a jump and land on the chair. Then repeat and switch to other leg.
