Interesting forums to being with...

I am 23 years, recently joined the gym (last week). I am interested in changing my body from a chubby shaped to a toned one.

I know this doesn't happen in a day, and I know that it should take time.

I will be browsing the forums to post some questions regarding cardio workout.

Welcome to the forum. There is a lot of good info here so i would recommend doing a search or two. As far as cardio, I like HIIT. I only do it on the days i don't lift, but you can see how it fits into your routine. Nothing like 15 minutes of HIIT to get your day going.
