Hey...sorta new...

Hey Everyone!

I am not really new, but this is my first post on here. I joined this forum in December. I haven't had very much time to post on here until recently.

Here is a lil background on me...I am 22 5'4'' 91lbs. I just had a baby in November. While I was pregnant I gained 40lbs and didn't get a single stretch mark. I am back to my normal size and I look like I haven't even had a baby. I'm thankful for that. But I want to get toned and I want to get my big booty back. LOL I lost the but and gained some boobs. So basically I need some motivation. It's hard to want to exercise after taking care of your 4 month old ALL day long! I don't get to go to the gym or I would be there all the time like I used to be. My baby is a breastfed baby so I am with him all the time and barely have time to do anything. Well that is a lil bit about me and why I joined. :D

Ah 5'4 ok. Welcome to the forum.

Does your baby like it when you toss him in the air? You could use your baby to workout in a fun manner.

he does, but he is friggin 16lbs! LOL. That is kinda a lot to be throwing ha ha. But I do that with him a lot. I really want to work on legs and butt and abs...That is my big goal right now.

One killer move would be to take him from the floor to overhead. You'll be working your whole body. You could also rotate him from right hip to left overhead or vice versa.

Trust me, I know how it is. My 2 year son is 40 pounds and he loves to sit on my back for pushups or his favorite: Jump Squats. He will say to me, "Not difficult." lol

You may not be able to lift him around for an hour straight, but you can do 5 overheads sometime. Later on a few rotations, bent over row variations, pushups, squats, etc. You're gonna need to be able to do those movements anyways, so you might as well get stronger...doing those movements. :)

Welcome,

my hat goes off to you for nursing your baby. My wife has done that for all 3 and it is one hell of a committment. Any woman who takes that on has my respect.

Plus it really helps the wallet when you don't have to buy formula. LOL
