Newbie here

I'm a current member of the WLF and thought I'd check out the difference in the sites. I have my journal set up and am working on weight-loss through proper nutrition and exercise because those skinny pills are just too damned easy and well, nonexistent!

I'm currently doing the Couch to 5K program, just set up a gym membership today, but have been working out steadily weight training and cardio since January and before that, I was in an Aerobics class and I play volleyball. I have no aversion to weight training and can't wait to use what will be available at the gym.

I'm in my next to last semester for my bachelors degree and hope to have that finished in the summer.

Anything else, just ask.

What would you say is the average amount of time you spend picking your nose? Don't lie we have ways to tell.

Also people sometimes won't come in to say hi if they notice others already have. So, uh, sorry about ruining your welcome party. :D
