Newby Here...

Hello All!! I am new here (obviously) and I have just begun to go back to the gym (today was my first day back). Over the last year, I've made several attempts at going to the gym or working out (with and without friends) and haven't quite been able to stay committed. I hope that with some extra support and good advice, I'll be able to hang in there this time. I would like to lose a little weight (about 10-15lbs) and definitely tone up.

My Stats are:
Weight: 153 lbs
Height: 5'4"
Age: 27

I am currently in Iraq, work 12 hours a day, generally eat breakfast and lunch, and plan on going to the gym in the morning before work (around4:30-5:00 am).
