Bootcamp Exercises?

Hey there everybody.

I am looking to put together a bootcamp styled wrokout for myself and some friends. Having browsed the forums i have come up with a few good excercises to perform but i wouldn't mind a few suggestions to get us screaming in anger about how much this is torture.

i wouldn't mind one or two person excercises. I need to bring my friends in as a team! I have no official names for the excercises i have seen but heres a list maybe you will know what i mean.

plank knee raises
T pushups
Aligator crawls
Weighted lunges
box jumps
straight arm weighted resistance
Wheel barrow
Burpies
hip bridges
crunches


I havent seen a few bootcamp videos on the youtubes. But im sure there is probably a good website for all of these types of excercises!

What about getting a friend to jump on your back, give him a running piggy back for 50m, do 5 squats with him on your back still and then run back?

Or an Egg and spoon race is cool too ;)
 
yeh i like the idea of the piggy back stuff maybe team workout is what i am after i guess.

I wouldn't do very well piggy backing considering i am 70kg and most of the other guys 97kg plus :).Here the start of my list i have for excercises so far.

Push ups
- T pushups
- Spiderman push up
- Alligator crawls
- Plank
- Mt climbers
- Wheel Barrow
- Explosive Pushup
- Clap Pushup
- Inclined pushups
- Diamond pushups
- Alternating Staggered pushup
2 people
- Plank + Jump

Situps
- Crunches
- Russian Twists
- Hip bridge and thrusts
- Side crunch

LEG Workouts
- Lunges w/wo weights
- Knee ups legs off and knee up and down
- Alt reverse leg raises
- Belt kicks with resistance
- Side runs with squats
- Bike kicks
- Jump squats / alternating
- Squats weighted and not
BACK
- Pull ups
