Hi, everybody! I'm new, and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Kelly. I'm 39, and the mother of 5 great daughters. They range in age from 5 to 18. I started working out about a year ago, basically to lose a little weight, tone up and to relieve stress. My husband is really into lifting, and he encourged me to start weight training. I was instantly hooked. It didn't take me long to get really serious about it. I am in better shape now than I was before having 5 kids! My ultimate goal is to compete, but I am being patient, (not one of my strong suits) and making sure I do it right. Right now I am working on putting on muscle and getting a little bigger. I'm a little nervous about posting pics. I will eventually. I do want to say, though, I really appreciate the positive tone to almost all the posts I've read. It's really nice to read advice and opinions expressed respectfully! I'm looking forward to learning everything I can.......Nice to meet you all!
