hi all, I'm susan from cincy and really want to focus on my health this year. I have stopped smoking but have put on weight to go along with that. I am wanting to get into an exercise routine and eating healthy so I can be the best I can be. I want to be healthy for myself and for my family. I am hoping to be able to stick with my plan. I hope this forum will help encourage me to do so.
