I've been training for a month now and haven't made any progress, I'm doing a FBW 3x a week and eating 2,000 calories a day. I'm tempted to try creatine but I'm worried about the 'rage'

DB bicepts curls
BB bicepts curls
Seated bicepts curls
Reverse bicepts curls
Preacher bicepts curls
Hammer bicepts curls
Bench Press
DB chest press
Incline bench press
Decilne bench press
I have all major muscle groups covered here so why aren't I huge yet?
p.s. I don't need to work my legs 'coz they get enough work from walking around all day
Because you need to add EZ Bar curls and cable flyes. Geesh everyone knows that.
