Hey there (again)

Hi everyone. I joined this summer but I think I joined the 'other' forum. Anyways, I was about 160 pounds, and now I am ~152. I honestly didn't make much progress until recently, I still ate pizza, and cheesebugers and stuff even though I was running (that was my "workout"). But then about a month ago I had enough of my old lifestyle, and decided to join the gym. Now I'm doing cardio and lifting, and that's when I started to lose weight a lot faster. I've lost like 5 pounds since I joined last month. Also, before I just wanted to lose weight.. now I want to lose weight and gain muscle and have a perfect body. I'm really happy I joined the gym, my confidence and even my posture has improved. :D

Chris Dale is my inspiration.

Anyways, I joined in hopes of learning more so I can get even better results.

I haven't measured myself since 8th grade (hard to believe, I know!) now I'm a freshman in college. But I'm approximately 5'9 or 5'10. Not too tall. :[
 
I do want to bulk, but not too much. You sound like you think I'm thin, but I still see man boobs and love handles. :p
 
Exactly haha. I've been a very inactive person all my life, I'm surprised I'm not well over 200 pounds. With that said, I don't have much muscle at all. I have been getting stronger though and I'm started to see some lumps. :)
