Hi all,

Well I finally got to this site and I'm very happy I did. I'm a 19 year old girl who has been struggeling with her weight for about 2 years. I went from chubby to anorexic and back. I'm tired of it. And that's why I joined. I will keep this short as my thread in the weight loss section is long as hell.

So...uh...Nice to meet you all. And lets hope we can all help eachother get to that new body we want (or maintain for those that already achieved it!) :)

Welcome to the forum! Glad you joined!

Wish you the best in what you are setting out to do.

You could start your own journal. In this journal you can impart your training, and diet, ask questions. Alot of persons take the time to view these journals and you could get alot of assistance and motivation toward your goal!
