Hi People

i'm back lol and still struggling with the weight thing, my weight is pretty much same as a month ago when I started this journal and am gonna keep it up now till those pounds start dropping and this butt starts firming up

! i've put my weight in my signature(cos it didnt allow a ticker

)and will update it everytime I lose a kilo, also been logging it in the weight tracker, and here comes a brand new week!

to answer a few questions, the diet restrictions r that I have to cut out all the crap and only eat what my body needs, because although I love chocolate chips and alcohol for example when eaten in excess I get health problems such as my fitness levels go down I can't climb a flight of stairs without running out of breath and I hate it, my periods have gotton heavier and I get bad period pains ever since I gained weight(I never had these before so I assume its becuase of the weight gain and unhealthy eating/lack of excercise over the past 3yrs, I was always generally fit and healthy before that so have noticed these changes only since I gained all this weight), my skin has gone bad, I feel tired and get headaches, my sleep pattern is all messed up etc, also I have gotten alot of cellulite since and it has really hit my confidence as in I where dark baggy clothes now to hide it and make it look less visible, I get this whole 'beauty is on the inside' thing but its just not for me, I hate being fat it doesnt suit my lifestyle I just want to b able to run up a flight of stairs again without running out of breath and I want rid of all this tiredness headaches period pains bad skin and cellulite

! All of which I never had before. I just want to get my health back:boxing_smiley:!
The carbs burning slower after 3pm I read in the training booklet which came with the 6second abs, and the no eating meals after 7pm is simply because thats when I stop being active, 7pm is when i'm home have finished everything and just put my feet up so I figure am burning way less carbs then, i'm not out in the night with my friends anymore since having my baby 2yrs ago so it also depends on lifestyle if people are still active till the early hours like I was b4 then thats different, I myself if I eat after 7 I feel stuffed and heavy and its harder for me to sleep whereas if I eat a few hrs before I feel lighter and no headaches during the nite.
The excercise I have to work on too again, i've really let myself go this past few weeks but its a new week and am back on track(dammit I have o stop making all these excuses:boxing_smiley:LOL)!
Still am not too disappointed because even though havent lost a great deal have not gained any.
Thanks everyone again for the advice and what I really want to work on what really concerns me the most is my stomach, so any tips on excercises and diet for it will be helpful

its stretched alot since I was pregnant 3yrs ago and the overeating after didnt help at all, am worried now that when I lose the weight the skin wont tighten and itll look all saggy

! any excercise i can do for that area alone???
