So I thought I would look further into it and found this site:
Im astonished to find than running for 30 minutes uses double the calories that jogging does. But the question is whats the difference? Is jogging moving a medium speed and running moving as fast as you can? Would you prefer to jog for 60 minutes and use the same calories as running for 30 minutes?
