my after picture

This is my after picture. I don't have a before picture because I've been working out for the last 20 + years.

You look great and that is all that matters
Great job and keep up the great work

Twenty plus years? I'll throw up the BS flag on that one. The girl in these pictures is like 29 or 30. You've been working out since you were 10. No way! Dont buy it.

You indeed look well for your age.

A testament to the importance and benefits of regular exercise, I'd say.

Do you do weight training as well as cardio?

fitness routine

Since everyone seems to be posting their fitness routine and weight, here's mine. I workout to some degree everyday. (I believe the body is made for motion.) On the weekdays, In the morning I workout 16 minutes on a stairstepper and then 16 minutes on the elliptical. Then I do weight training on a bowflex isolating one particular muscle group each day. After work I workout for an hour cardiovascularly on the stepper, treadmill, stationary bike and recumbant bike. I do all this at home while watching a prime time show that I've taped. On the weekends, I workout even longer. This is my routine and I HAVE been doing this for the past 20 or so years. I am also, 5'10" and 132 lbs. Any comments or criticism, I welcome it.
This picture is from a cruise I went on last year.

I weight train for 30 minutes 5 days a week. I use the bowflex though. I know the flexrods aren't the same as free weights, but I think I get a good workout with them. Besides, I own one so I should use it. I'll try and post a picture of my upper body as soon as I take one.

upper body

Here's a shot of my upper shoulder region. I love working on my arms because they are the easiest to gain definition on. I do chair dips frequently to prevent the "batwing" syndrome that so many women seem to get as they get older. It really works the triceps.

body fat

Out of curiosity I got a digital caliper to determine my body fat. I did it 3 times and the average of them was 14.3%. That seems awfully low to me, so I don't think it's accurate. But I can use the numbers as a reference anyway as I try to take it lower. I'm going to try and lose some of the belly fat and take my waist back to 25 inches from the 25.5 to 26 it is now.
