Hey guys! I've been searching around for a good fitness forum and so far I've found some only filled with jerks. So here's to finding a good one! 
I worked out a lot my Freshman year of college and got into pretty decent shape, but after some tragedy's and sickness I put on quite a bit of weight.
I'm currently 245-ish and I want to get down to about 215-220.
I've never really been pushed into the right direction when it comes to fitness, so hopefully I can find some good information and help here. I never seem to balance a good diet with a proper workout schedule. So any help is welcome.
