Workout help

Ive made a workout guide for myself, and Im trying to see if it is good with your opinions.

-Every hour-
15 sit ups, 15 push ups, 15 30lb curls, 15 tricep lifts (Dumbbell behind your head)

Monday
Break

Tuesday
Break

Wednesday
Bike 2.5 miles
Bowflex 20 minute workout

Thursday
Bike 2.5 miles
Bowflex 20 minute workout

Friday
Bowflex 20 minute workout

Saturday
Bowflex 20 minute workout
1 mile, Tread mill
(Work optional)

Sunday
Bowflex 20 minute workout
1 mile, Tread mill
(Work optional)

Everyday, on the hour, I do those work outs I first posted. So from 4-9 PM, I would be doing those on the hour.
Is this a good workout plan or no? Im a complete noobie when it comes to working out.

If anyone wants to help me revise or give me more workouts, just say so. Thanks!

What exactly do you do with the bowflex?

....hmmm

and what all possible exercises can be done on the bowflex? (I read your thread in personal training, so I won't suggest free weights since you can't go to a gym)

2.5 mile bike ride isn't very long. How long does this take you and how hard do you work to complete it?

My bike time is just 15 minutes at the most. I push my legs to the limit. After I get tired, I cycle slow for about 5 minutes, and max out again.

It is important to know what all you can posibly do with the bowflex. If there is anyway to imitate, deadlifts, squats, bench, military press, BO row, upright row, pullups, and dips. That'd be very good.

? I'd recomend trying to do the above exercises on your bowflex. Are you able to? I think you should take breaks between your workouts, your body grows at rest and you need at least 48 hours between lifting (if you do a FWB which I tihnk you should do) You should lift MWF
do something like:
Squat
Bench
Pullup
Military Press
Seated Rows

I'm just trying to piece together exercises that I can kind of imagine you doing on the bowflex. Is there a list of possible exercises that ocmes with your bowflex?

For cardio work, you should go as hard as necessary to get to 70 - 80% of your max heart rate, which is estimated to be:

(220 - your age) x .70 or .80

I would strive to double your time on the bike while maintaining the same intensity. This may be incremental and you may have to build up to this.

Eventually, you want to be able to go farther and faster.

i'd say don't bother.
