Yo

Hi so names Daniel I'm 20 and a bartender. I weigh 255 and I am 6ft in height. I need to loose a lot of weight to say the least not happy with my appearance Ive always been the heavy type I've been working out since January but i was'nt doing any meal plans or anything so i stayed the same weight Ill post pictures soon.

I need help on a meal plan anyone care to point me in a good direction.
Tis what I had today
10am wheat bread eggs
12pm Tuna Grapes crackers
2pm Tuna
4pm small snack Grapes
6pm Tuna
8pm Tuna

I was tolled by a couple of gym friends that i need to cut portions and watch what I eat Ie only eat greens fruits fish chicken.
 
Welcome Daniel. Take a look around here, lot of good information. The usual rule is about 6 meals a day (looks like you're doing that), but decent complete meals (enough fat, carbs, and proteins). Do some searching, and I think if you head over to the nutrition portion of the forum, you will find lots of great meal ideas!
