HI! I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My routine is mainly some semi-high intensity cardio and a spinning class one day a week. I run a lot and use the eliptical. My problem is the area in between my breasts and underarms...I DONT have a name for it. I have been doing some chest exercises ( flys, pushups, barbell lifts) BUT...NOTHING seems to be working. I know that its going to take time, but im not even getting SORE in that area!! Nothing is helping it. It is REALLY bothering me. I dont even want to wear short sleeves or tank tops. I have nice toned legs. Im 5'6 and weight about 126. I eat healthy for my age (26) and I dont drink caffeinated drinks. Im not fat, but I want that area TONED!! ANY help at all would be appreciated.
