Single leg and Compound Leg excercises

Hello,

I was wondering if My workout had some leg excercises missing.
My workout I do Lunges, Bulg squats, and Squats. 1 of those are done once a week so I do all 3 in one week with different reps and sets. Addition to that I do Hang cleans on MON and FRI no matter what. I do DEADLIFTS on WED.

So I was wondering on for example a monday i do,

Cleans
Bulg squats
then upper body stuff

Is bulgs enough for the legs? Should I Add some other movems like SLDL?
I do a FBW no split

depends on how many sets and reps. But thats pretty simular to what i do. When i do one of the oly pulls i throw inn another leg exercise, i dont think you need any more

you could probably switch up bulg squats with step ups occasionally or bulgarian split squats.

When I did a full body workout I usually had a major leg lift (like parallel squat or deadlift) that I began with and I ended with a less exhaustive one like lunges, bulgarian split squats, step ups, or something like that.
 
Well i was PM someone(not going to say name), and he said my legs needded more work and so he gave me extra leg excercises. If he wants to he may jump in and explain again wat he said. I dont want to put him on the spot thas why I didnt say his name.

All I know is I have no energy after doing lunges, squats, or bulg squats. My heart beats really fast lol.
 
On the day you only do Bulgarian Squats (monday I think) IMO you should add in some ham curls because the Bulgarian squats are Quad dominated and you don't want your hamstrings lagging behind.
 
Can i superset that jman? Or do it at the end? I do hamstring curls when i think my workout was poor for my legs so they arent new. But Ill add them as part of my workout. Can i superset?

You can superset if you want. I don't see why you couldn't.
 
bulgarian squats arent really that quad dominant, depends on the stance a bit, but regardless, you use quite a bit if glute and hamstring with them.
 
if your after strenght i wouldnt supersett them, since the ham curls can limit your strenght on the squats.
