Ideas to raise heart rate with bum foot

Hi. I just had surgery on my food (broken pinkie toe) and have been maintaining my weight training relatively well. I have been trying to do some aerobics while seated (I'm in a full foot cast up to 2 inches above the ankle). I'm doing a lot of seated boxing type moves, lots of punching, reaching, turning my body. I also kick out the right leg but I'm really not getting my heart rate up. Anyone have any ideas to share. I searched but didn't find anything. I'd really appreciate any input.
