HIIT while Bulking

is it okay to do HIIT when you are also bulking at the same time? According to what i read in the other threads,it burns fat if fueled proper. So, perhaps its okay to do HIIT 2 times a week while bulking?thanks

Yes, it is.

If you're lifting 3x a week, do HIIT on your off days, but be sure to take some days off for rest or you will over train.

However, I would take it easy if your legs are sore and you're on HIIT. You may just want to walk, as you don't want to over train your legs 5x a week.

I wouldn't suggest it. HIIT is intense and one of the most important aspects of a bulking cycle is the recovery period. You'll be compromising this, and diverting potentially muscle-building calories. If you feel like you have to do cardio, I'd stick to low to moderate intensity.

how is this.is it allright? feedbacks please.thanks/

Seems good...but after some time, you may want to take out the running. So increase your sprinting time, and keep the walking in there for rest...

Only do that though if you're ready to take that on.

On days that I am lifting I do

R - 3 minutes (10.0km)
S - 1 Minute (13.0km)

I do that for 20 minutes before working out and I do not think it hinders my strength when lifting although the general concensous is that it will affect your lifting

During my chest, tricep and legs workout I do chest, then triceps, then do:

R - 1.5 Minutes (10.0km)
S - 1 Minute (15.0km)

I just do that for 5 minutes.

I know it isn't ideal to do this much on weights day but I am really trying to cut down my body fat % for now and this really uses up my energy enough. If I wanted to do this amount of work without the cardio I would need to spend longer lifting each day.
