Becoming absolutely ripped, at 18?

Alright, I just got done watching the movie 300 and after seeing that lead actor Gerry Butler or whatever, I was like, holy ****, how do you look like that. I got online and started looking around to see what I could find on it. I found quite a bit of different information on the routines and different exercises.

My question, is that at 18 years old, if I trained for 1-2 hours a day, taking a rest after 6 weeks for 4-6 days, would I be able to put on quite a bit of lean muscle? And I am talking from now until January. I have had quite a few people tell me that since I am so young there is no way and that I will only hurt myself. I know how to do each workout properly so I minimize any risk of injury. But I didn't know if there was some way I could harm myself doing this and since I figured a lot of you know way more than me I thought I would ask. Sorry if this seems like a dumb question. I know I will have to change my eating habits quite a bit, I just need to figure out what to eat and when. If anyone could recommend a good program or book I could buy that would be great.

Weight: 135lbs
Height: 5'10
Age: 18
Sex: Male

Well if you want to look like that, you're going to need to lose some fat. Not all too long ago I weighted 132lbs - which is less than you, yet I'm 2 inches taller than you.

The guys in the 300 weren't extremely muscley, just very cut. Now as for the muscle;

The answer is, a full-body compound exercise workout :D

Whoever told you that you're not at the appropriate age is ****ting you. At 18, you're at the perfect age to start packing on muscle.

If you want to figure out the best way to do it, I suggest you read the nutrition stickies and the weight lifting stickies at the top of their respective forums.

OMG, please don't follow this advice, you do not need to lose weight, you need to gain it! The lead spartan Vincent Regan weighed 205lbs for that movie. To look like those guys from 300 at 5'10" you probably need to weigh between 180-200 lbs

I meant fat not weight sorry ><

I blame everyone else whom always say "I need to some some weight", instead of, "I need to lose some fat".
