couple of updated cutting pics

these pics were taken today 6 weeks after i began cutting ive done this without and cardio at all (due to an unfortunate trampoline injury) just diet and weight training.I would like to know if any of you guys can notice much of a differance from my previous thread and maybe any tips on what i should concentrate on.I can see my chest has improved(a little) and my abs are beggining to pop(at 37 years old im happy about that lol) Thanks for any replies in advance.

dude!!!!! when i'm 37 i pray to god right now that i'll look like that lol....yes you can see such an improvement espeically in the chest and abs like you previously stated.....you have been doing this with out any cardio, thats fantastic. Once that injury heals i'm guessing you are gonan start cardio correct???? Once you do that for a couple weeks you will look beastly. Great job keep it up
 
cheers for the feedback danny its appreciated. Ive got a holiday to ibiza in 10 days so im gonna hve a break. And hopfully ill be injury free when i get back and then i can kick on with the cardio and cut till around september.Would it be a good idea to bulk through winter and cut back for next summer. I
would be interested to know what a realistic goal would be within the next year body shape etc.
 
I can't really see your traps, they're becoming my favourite muscle, I'm quite a slim 214lbs but I have quite well developed traps and they seem to make me look twice as musclular on their own.
Other than that I think you'll be looking pretty good once you've dropped a few pounds. If you're going to Ibiza what do your legs look like? You won't want to be wear trousers all day :)
 
cheers ccr i know i need to work the traps and i am doing but mostly just shrugs ive not been doing them long so they should catch up im also doing military press an lat raises front and side other than that any suggestions?Ill post pic of wheels later

I agree with CCR totally, I mean you are looking real lean right now. I think that a nice bulk without much fat during the summer would deff be a great idea as well. As he said the traps will come along great and than right by winter time you can cut that little fat you may gain on the bulk and you will be on an awesome path. Seeing that your abs are already poppin I think this might be a good idea.


P.S yea your right lol 37 isnt to bad but when its 20 years older than what I am it seems like a distanced place for me lol :p
 
ive added a couple of flexed pics (others weren't sorry they maybe should have been) but as u can see i do work my traps ok they are not huge but they are there.Chest is my major prob especially lower with fat doposits but i guess that comes with age. With no cardio it seems extra hard but diet is spot on and i believe within 1 year ill be about where i wanna be.For abs i really need suggestions at the moment im using a decline bench(abdo by weider) with weights 30 lbs 3 times a week any help would be great.

Also 8 weeks ago i swapped my 3 x a week FBW to a 5 day split as it seemed i wasn`t doing enough and ive come on leaps and bounds basically my workout consists of
workout-A
squat
lunges
leg extensions
dead lifts
standing bar bell shoulder press(military)
lat raise
front lat raise
upright rows

workout-B
incline barbell press
decline db press
pec dec flies
bent over db rows
lat pull downs
close grip supine rows
i also isolate bis tris and calf 2 sometimes 3 x a week abs are also worked 2-3x a week my workouts never last more than 45 mins as every other week i superset critique please.

i came on this site for serious critique not to be made fun of.Some people (young and old) post pics on here. Some with good bodies some with not but who are we to judge we can give them advice to the best of our knowldge if its appreciated then great if not then great but please give them credit for posting.

i think you are looking good man. i think a steady bulk would be awesome for you. im going to steady bulk so that i can make progress and maintain relatively low bf.

Do you do workout A and workout B in a typical week or are they what you alternate between?

I think you're a confused on some terminonlogy because a 5 day split is just insane!

From your pics it looks as though your shoulder and trap area is gettting a bit tight. Search for some lower trap activation exercises to help pull your shoulders back or else you could end up with serious problems later in life.
