for some reason I cant make a thread in the appropirete (sp) sub forums so ill just make it here.
Ive been here before but last login in date was ages ago.
Now for some help!
Im currently in Israel (near tel aviv) and ill be here for bout another three and a half weeks.
Now i just found out my dad has acces to a "gym" not much of a gym just has some ameneties and I want the most advice on well just tonin up my body,Im a bit on the heavy side (stocky) not huge not skinny for sure lol.
Now what he said was available to me was a sauna,steam sauna,cardio machine (treadmills)and a pool.
I know the first rule of working out is well diet but its a bit hard especially since im over here.So I have to do with what Im given.
What do you all recomend me doing on a daily basis (i wont eb able to do it everyday since im going to see site and whatnot)
My MAIN GOAL IS to loose my boobs.Not that bad but they are pointy.I want to atleast flaten them out.Then my stomach I have the lines that lead down to the private you know the ones under your belly but I do have a bit of a belly.Im not looking to get jacked up right now im just looking to well ton up a bit.
ANY AND ALL HELP IS AWSOME.Remember i wont be able to hit the gym everyday so whatever you all recomend is awsome.
