ok
lately im been doing alot of weight trainning,
i realised my legs where getting bigger very fast (im only 155lb)
then people around me started saying i was getting a big ass
i jus ignored them
but this morning i saw my bum in the mirror and i screamed out DAM!!!
its not fat but VERY SHAPED, im a GUY WITH beyonce's bum!!!

is this normal or jus retarted, can it be because of my leg workout?!!
 
well you could just have big glutes.. and if you do, i bet chicks digg it :p

Or you could have an anterior pelvic tilt which would make the butt stick out alot.
 
ive got a pretty straight posture
but its nothing retarted for a guy to have a big ass (i hardly can pinch fat off it :S)
 
Can't say I've ever been accused of this problem...but I have been told I have the anti-@ss. Used to be if I had any less of one it would be concave.

Now...not so bad, but still leave a lot of room in most pants, heh heh.
 
I gained a lot of ass-mass (I think I should patent that name and launch it as a protien shake) doing single leg squats and lunges. I still have a long way to go to get to Beyonce's level but I still get more girls looking at my arse now :D
 
LOL!!! i was gonna cut down on my leg workout so id lose some ass mass , i thought it made a guy look gay :S

but now i know it actually makes it more attractive (from a girls point of view lol) im gonna get it bigger :D
 
loss of ass mass and cutting down on leg training would mean less squatting and deadlifting! are you crazy!?

who doesnt like a nice round chisseled ass?
 
if its already comperable to beyonce.. maybe you're good there. lol

we do like a nice rounded behind, but it needs to be somewhat proportionate to the rest of your body.
 
lol your butt muscles probably wont grow that much out of proportion anyway unless you neglect the rest of your body
