No offense! hahaha I didn't mean you have to be injured or aged to end up here.
I have practiced parkour for years, lived in the way, i am a pro-rated, skydiver, have run marathons, completed one triathalon, and been cranking on this body for a time.
Anyhow, I am recovering from severe shin splinting, and sciatic nerve damage. Hard Landing from a skydive. So, running, jump roping, yada yada taken away for awhile.
Currently I am swimming open water. Yesterday I swam 1.5 miles in a 2 foot chop. It took me nearly 2 hours.
I am 39 years old, I weigh 198 and gaining. I typically give 1-2 hours of sweat per day... I am also on anti-inflamatories for another few days.
It is my desire to meet athletes, have betterment relationships, in Tampa Bay area, U.S. ( I travel alot) and all around the world.
