Question on "how to abs guide"

It says that abs begin to show as early as 12% body fat...but should show for sure around 10% (or something along those lines...)

Now i dont know how true that statement is, but i do know that for women, 10-12% is VERY low. This is like the body fat percentage of female body builders....and even then, i think thats on the low range for them.


Since i have seen many women with defined abs (and obviously im not talking about body builder's abs), that are definitely NOT at 10-12% bf, i am guessing that initial statement is wrong anyways. Before I eat in the mornings, if i tighten my ab muscles, i can see a very clear line down the middle, and another perpendicular to that...and i have not worked my abs out in MONTHS, and i have about 19% bf.

Anyways, please change it. With all the body image issues these days, you really don't need to be encouraging a next to impossible bf % for women :rolleyes:
