Hi everyone. My name is Amy. I live in GA and am 26 years old. I have recently decided to get serious about losing my excess weight and getting in shape! I am excited and look forward to getting to know you all.
I joined the gym last night. Also took my 1st RPM class. My legs felt like jello..but it was fun...
I am glad I found this message board. I was hoping to find an active fitness board...
