Alterna-HIIT

Interval training and HIIT have become popular and successful cardio strategies. Author Jonathan Fass however, suggests we mix it up a bit so we don't get bored. He suggests a number of agility and other drills we can incorporate into our training to aid fat loss, conditioning AND flexibility.

That was a great article, defiantly going to use some of that in the future for myself and clients. I also just recently got me some cones and keep trying to find as many uses as possible for them because something about those little orange things makes me happy and I only have one client I am training for speed and reaction drills.
