Hello

My name is Pam and I am a mother of 3. I have just started to workout out again.

Before my last child was born was able to do pilates with ease. Since he was born 2 years ago I am very out of shape physically. I am slowly working out to get back into shape. I am not really trying to lose weight(maybe 5 or 10 lbs) but simply tone up.
