Hello

Hey my name is Joe...I just took an interest into fitness a little over a month ago.


I'm 18, 6' 5" and 172 pounds. I have a real fast metabolism. My goals are to build shoulder/chest/ab muscle. I've always been the tall guy in class but never the biggest. Tallness/bigness runs in my family, my dad and uncles are all pretty built. I'm kind of skinny, I want to bulk up but I don't want to gain any fat...I like how fit I am now but I want muscle. I've been eating clean for a month now..But new years trashed that lol...So my new years resolution is to gain muscle mass. I have been reading around the forums and am quite confused in many aspects of fitness. I think my main dilemma is not having a proper set of weights...I just have dumb bells, curl bar, push up bars, and ankle weights. I dread running but i'm making myself do it. I want to lose what stomach fat I have. But ya thats just a little about me and my goals...any help is much appreciated.
