I'm 38 years old and I haven't worked out in several years. I'm 5'9" and weigh in at 183 lbs. I would love to keep my weight but get cut and gain mass. I have alot of bf and would like suggestions on where to start because I'm ready for a change!
well theres alot of people here that know more about it than me prolly,but what I did was run like crazy to drop the fat AND begin wieght training.Now that ive lofe over 30 lbs I concentrate more on weights than cardio,and I cant eat enough!!
Also to add, I have low testerone and have to give myself injections weekly. I think it's back in the 400 range. Will this effect anything? Also, If I decide to cut first how can I keep my weight? Eat more calories?
