Dumbbell Chest Press

Apologies for the newbie question, but I'm curious as to the effective difference between a regular dumbbell chest press on a flat bench, as opposed to the same exercise on an inclined (or declined) bench?

The angle at which you do the exercise determines which muscles (or parts of muscles) you target more.

Incline = Upper Pectorals/Deltoids/Triceps

Flat = Pecs (overall)/Deltoids/Triceps

Decline = Lower Pectorals/Triceps
