Results

This is completely hypothetical but from your experience what kind of results do you think I would see over a period of 2 months, working out around 1-3 hours a day, and eating just say for example pasta for lunch everyday, and also having other well rounded meals, the workouts would concentrat on mainly abs, arms, legs, and weightloss, I know it changes for everyone but to look at this hypotheticaly, what do you think the results would be like.
 
Well I would be surprised if the results were good ones. That is alot of overtraining to achieve weight loss and a "well rounded diet" means alot of things to alot of people and usually isn't the best for your goals.

If there are hypothetical goal, a detailed diet layout, and a height and weight with a routine to go along with these questions plug away;)
 
its totaly hypothetical its just for a project im doing for school, also it is to gain musel for ice hockey
 
You really shouldn't be training to gain during the season since it could adversely affect your performance on the ice.

The time to train hard is off-season.
 
this isnt for me its a hypothetical question just what to know what you would gain, so back to the question what do you think.
