I was diagnosed as type II diabetic 4 years ago. Since then I've been working out at least 4 to 5 times a week and been feelin good. Now I'm wanting to go to the next level and try to build myself up.

I am curious about thier diet. Are they Type l or ll? I have myself on high protien very low carb diet and bunch of vitamins. I might have 30g per meal if that.
