When to start cutting

I've been bulking for about 3 months, I guess it's called "dirty" bulking because I get all the protein, calories and carbohydrates I need, by any means. I'm gaining about 3.7 lbs a week. And I'm currently 168 lbs(have'nt checked my bodyfat in ages... ), I guess my 'ideal' weight is 180 with low bodyfat%.
So should I cut now and start fresh on a clean bulk? Or continue to past 180, and cut down to size?

Thanks

If you are gaining that much weight a week its very unlikely much of it is muscle as if you are very lucky and your training is spot on its hard to gain even 1 pounds of pure muscle a week. Basically you are just going to make your self fat. I would read up on proper nutrition, cut some of that fat off and then start with a clean bulk. If you put bad food in, you get bad results.

Depends on your bodytype, but since I seem to recall yuor routine being ****ty, then Leip's probably right. You're making yourself a fatty.

Lei was just joking, if you really are insulted from it.. He won't help answer your Q's.

Lei, make it more obvious you're joking.

Well realy it's all up to you! I don't see the point in cutting in your part of the world seeing as it's snow season (if it snows) and you won't be running around shirtless much at all. It it were me i'd keep bulking until like April next year then cut.

When you cut is up to you. It's for you to choose how big you wanna get cos cutting will only hold you back.
