I've been bulking for about 3 months, I guess it's called "dirty" bulking because I get all the protein, calories and carbohydrates I need, by any means. I'm gaining about 3.7 lbs a week. And I'm currently 168 lbs(have'nt checked my bodyfat in ages...
), I guess my 'ideal' weight is 180 with low bodyfat%.
So should I cut now and start fresh on a clean bulk? Or continue to past 180, and cut down to size?
