Reccomendations for Underweight

Hello, I am a 20 year old male. I am 5'9 and 118 lbs.

I'm not looking to turn into a professional body builder but I would like to have a bit more shape to me. I have recently started drinking "Boost - Plus Calories" daily. Would this be good for me. I've started doing some weight lifting and a basic work out routine.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me. I'd like to have a nice stomach so I've been doing a lot of crunches. But as you can imagin it's hard to mould something without anything to work with.

Any help would be great.

I like how you say you already started taking something, and then ask if it's good for you.. lol

I would save your money with the weight gainer, probably sloppy calories. Please read the 'Weight Training 101' and The first half of the nurtrition sticky. Then ask specific Q's.

Good point, I should also point out that I don't own a weight bench or enough cash for a gym membership. I just have two dumbells to work with

I was just going to mention Scrawny to Brawny as well, don't start taking supps until you know what they do and if you actually need them. Diet is key in your case, you won't make any gains till you eat the right way.

If you have no respect for yourself, Walmart sells an adjustable bench for 50 bucks, as well adjustable dumbells and weights for it. You can probably get 100 pounds of weights for these dumbells for about 60$

sorry did i miss something? i just read the title " Reccomendations for Underweight" and thought id add a sggestion
