This seems to be a good idea so I'll go ahead and start my own.
Right now I'm at 208 lbs. 10 days ago I was at 215 lbs. and only ate one meal a day (supper) and drank WAY TOO MUCH POP. My goal is to eat more fruits and vegetables throughout the day, DRINK NO POP, tone up, strengthen up, and get down to 185 lbs. I plan on weightlifting on Tue, Thur, and Sat. And do HIIT on Mon, Wed, and Fri and take Sunday off to rest. I may mix those days up occasionally just becuase things happen but thats the plan.
Today I'm a bit sore from working out yesterday (first time in a long time), that coupled with the fact that tonight is grocery night I won't have a time to do awhole lot but I will do some because I can't leave well enough alone.
Morning:
Weighed my self(208 lbs.)
This morning I woke up and did 2 sets of 30 pushups and 2 sets of 40 crunches. After which I ate a banana and drank a small cup of Orange Juice.
Between morning and lunch:
Drank 1 liter of water.....worked in front a computer.
Lunch:
Ate a bowl of white seedless grapes, drank 1 liter of water.
I did one set of 10 bench presses @ 110lbs. Then I realized I forgot we took weight off of the bar last night and added 55lbs and did two sets of 8 @ 165 lbs.
Between lunch and after work:
Worked in front of a computer and drank another liter of water.
After work:
I did the following workout
Barbell Curls- 3x15@70lbs
Shrugs- 3x15@110lbs
Calf Raises- 3x15@170lbs
Situps-2x20(on decline bench)
I ate a small bowl of baby carrots during the workout and drank a liter of water.
We had to go get groceries so, for supper I ate a 6 inch turkey sub on wheat from Subway. I drank another liter of water with supper and later that night I was still quite hungry so I ate a Redwheel Chicken Burito.

I'm still trying to get a good routine down so if you guys have any suggestions, please, by all mean, feel free to let me know.
Edited to add: oh yeah, I also want to dead lift over 500lbs again. (did that a few times in high school)
