This seems to be a good idea so I'll go ahead and start my own.

Right now I'm at 208 lbs. 10 days ago I was at 215 lbs. and only ate one meal a day (supper) and drank WAY TOO MUCH POP. My goal is to eat more fruits and vegetables throughout the day, DRINK NO POP, tone up, strengthen up, and get down to 185 lbs. I plan on weightlifting on Tue, Thur, and Sat. And do HIIT on Mon, Wed, and Fri and take Sunday off to rest. I may mix those days up occasionally just becuase things happen but thats the plan.

Today I'm a bit sore from working out yesterday (first time in a long time), that coupled with the fact that tonight is grocery night I won't have a time to do awhole lot but I will do some because I can't leave well enough alone. :)


Morning:
Weighed my self(208 lbs.)
This morning I woke up and did 2 sets of 30 pushups and 2 sets of 40 crunches. After which I ate a banana and drank a small cup of Orange Juice.

Between morning and lunch:
Drank 1 liter of water.....worked in front a computer.

Lunch:
Ate a bowl of white seedless grapes, drank 1 liter of water.
I did one set of 10 bench presses @ 110lbs. Then I realized I forgot we took weight off of the bar last night and added 55lbs and did two sets of 8 @ 165 lbs.

Between lunch and after work:
Worked in front of a computer and drank another liter of water.

After work:
I did the following workout

Barbell Curls- 3x15@70lbs
Shrugs- 3x15@110lbs
Calf Raises- 3x15@170lbs
Situps-2x20(on decline bench)

I ate a small bowl of baby carrots during the workout and drank a liter of water.

We had to go get groceries so, for supper I ate a 6 inch turkey sub on wheat from Subway. I drank another liter of water with supper and later that night I was still quite hungry so I ate a Redwheel Chicken Burito.

Edited to add: oh yeah, I also want to dead lift over 500lbs again. (did that a few times in high school)

Worked and drank a liter of water

Lunch:

Went out to eat for lunch. I ate a house salad with house dressing and drank two glasses of water.

Between lunch and after work:

I drank a liter of water and worked.

After work

Its too rainy to get some HIIT in so I lifted weights

BB curls- 3 sets of 15 reps @ 70 lbs.
Squats- 1 set of 5 reps at 170lbs, 2 sets of 10 at 160 lbs.
Bench press- 3 sets of 8 reps @ 155 lbs.
Leg extentions- 2 sets of 10 @ 90 lbs
Dead Lift- 1 set of 5 @ 250 lbs, 1 set of 3 @ 250 lbs

Drank 1 liter of water

Had a protein shake

Ate some kinda Egg Plant on pasta with maranara(sp?) sauce.

I had a cramp in my left Calf muscle at about 4 this morning.

There is a 70% chance of rain today, I'm hoping it holds off or at least won't be raining when I get off work so I can get some HIIT in.

Yesterday while lifting I was thinking about what all I wanted to do on the days that I life. I came up with a list.

Morning

woke up and stretched for about 15 minutes while watching Foxnews.

Ate a banana, took a mulivitamin, drank a small glass of OJ.

Lunch

Ate a banana, apple, and drank a glass of water.

I spent the rest of my lunch hour loading .243 ammo for the youth deer season that opens Saturday.

Between lunch and 'after work':

Drank a liter of water.

After work:

I drank a liter of water, ate a banana, cleaned our spare bedroom (my little brother is going to be coming over to stay tomorrow).

For supper I drank another liter of water and ate Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and corn. It was very good. :)

I didn't workout since I was very busy with other things. I'll be working out tomorrow, deffinately. I won't be able to Saturday because I'll be taking my little brother on the youth Deer Hunt.

Well, I spent the weekend deer hunting and can't quite remember what all I ate and did as far as excersizes go. So, I'll start again from today. :) As a side note, Yesterday we found out my wife may very well be pregnant. :D (it was planned)

Drank 6 styrophom cups of water. (left my water bottle on the counter at work)

Lunch

Ate out, small portion of roast beef and mashed potatoes.

Between lunch and after work:

Drank, 40 oz. of water.

after work:

I ate a banana.

I did the following lifts (I can't remember off the top of my head how much weight or how many reps. I have it writen down at home, I'll write down what I remember and I'll update it at lunch.)

Bench Press-155 lbs.
Dead lifts-250 lbs., 3 sets, 2 reps each (I need to get a belt and some straps or chalk)
Squats-140 lbs.
Calf Raises-200 lbs., 3 sets, 10 reps each.
Shrugs-
Barbell Curls-60 lbs., 3 sets, 10 reps each.
Barbell skull crusher-50 lbs., 1 set, 10 reps. (I injured my shoulder putting a compression strap around a deer stand Saturday and this excersize REALLY HURT!!!)

I had a protien shake post workout.

We didn't have much to eat at home so we ordered out. I ate half a chef salad and half a cheese burger.

Throughout the evening I drank 2 liters of water.

Ate a banana, about cup of cottage cheese, and drank 1 liter of water. (<-----I was really hungry)

Ate two slices of toco pizza and drank another liter of water.

Stretched briefly, and did 20 crunches. (more crunches to come later today.)

Worked on the computer, drank 40 oz. of water. Birthday party today, ate 5 baby carrots, one large piece of braccoli, 5 tostido's scoopables with salsa, and one small piece of summer sausage. I did good though. I had to sit through a insurance meeting with 4 dozen dunkin donuts sitting right there in front of me and I didn't eat a single one.

lunch

Ate 1/2 a tomota, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a stick of string cheese.

between lunch and afterwork

Drank 40 oz. of water, ate small cup of manderine orange slices.

After work

Ate a stick of string cheese. drank a glass of water.

Did a 4 minute HIIT session. (walked briskly for about 1/2 mile, sprinted and walked in 30 sec. intervals for 4 minutes, then walked briskly for 1/2 mile)

Had a protien shake.

Ate a bowl of stir-fry and drank a liter of water.

I'm plannin on doing some HIIT today. I'm thinking I can get that in twice a week. Maybe more if I can get motivated enough. I would have like to have weightlifed more yesterday but, my father-in-law was wanting to work out with me. He ended up being rushed since his girlfriend showed up at his house earlier than he was expecting so, we got cut short.

Drank 40 oz. water. ate a small cup of maderain oranges.

After work

I ate a banana, and a stick of string cheese.

Work out was basic

Benchpress-3 sets, 8 reps each, 140 lbs.
Squate- 3 sets, 8 reps each, 165 lbs.
Dead lift-(just seeing if I can do it)1 set, 1 rep, 300 lbs.

Had a post workout protien shake.

Had one bowl of beef and noodle soup.

drank 1 liter of water.

My legs are sore from the HIIT seesion yesterday. Tomorow and Saturday I'll be spending most of the time in a hunters ed. class with my little brother. I'm going to try and get some lifting in but I'll have to see how it goes.

Went to take my wife to the doctor. Ate a 1/4 pounder with cheese and drank a small lemonade.

that evening

I did the following lifts:

Deadlift-2 sets, 8 reps each, 260lbs.(thats great considering I barely got 250lbs. 5 times not 3 weeks ago)
Leg Extentions-3 sets, 10 reps each, 100 lbs.
Barbell Curls-3 sets, 10 reps each, 70 lbs.
Sqauts-3 sets, 8 reps each, 150 lbs. <----I really nead to work on this.

Ate three slices of pizza. Drank two quarts of water.

Ate 1/2 cup of Cottage Cheese (1% low fat) on a small tomato. Drank large glass of milk.

Between lunch and after work

Drank 30 oz. of water. I had to take my wife to doc unexpectedly.


After work

I kinda screwed around in our weight room at home for a bout twenty minutes waiting for my wife to come home. I did some excersizes but like I said, I was just screwing around. When she got home we had to head to her dads house then to here grandparents so I didn't get back into the weight room.

I drank 80 oz. of water, ate one small piece of chocolate cake, and 1/2 cup of cotage chees. I just reasized that I didn't eat that much last night. I got busy and wasn't hungry.

Squat-2 sets, 8 reps each, 150 lbs.

Then I got called away by the Local fire dept for a trainging class on Natural Gas fires. I didn't get back home untill clost to 11 so I didn't get anything else done.

I ate a small salad, two stuffed manicotti shells and went to bed.

Well, another weekend gone with no lifting. I spent all day Saturday in the field hunting deer. I got a doe early in the morning. Stayed out to see if I could get a big buck. Passed up a few fairly large ones.

Skull crusher, (75lbs)1x7 <-----OUCH!!!
Situps, 3x20
