That's what I'm finding Stingo! I've used it twice already and I'm using it again tonight, I think it's so amazing that it cooks meat in like 10 minutes!!

On a great note, I forgot to mention that I did TWO guy-style pushups!!! :D

That's been one of my goals to be able to at least do one, my form could probably use help because I felt like I didn't go down far enough but hey my arms were bent LOL

I'm halfway there, I'm gonna keep practicing to get my form right!!

Hey guys! I can see how much I'm missed. Not even one post like "where'd she go" LOL.

I've been away for a little bit, they started monitoring our internet usage (allegedly) and I've been afraid to log on but we can go on at lunch :p

I've been in this rut too, still working out but not as gung ho, and my diet has sucked...I've been eating hardly anything. Is it me or do you guys get tired of eating too? I've been doing mainly cardio and weights here and there. I need to get my act together...

Today all I've had was once slice of WW bread with two eggs (whole) and one apple with natural pb...I guess I should eat a healthy lunch...I have tuna and veggies...
 
Hmm well I can't say that I get tired of eating lol - problem is eating the wrong things... Glad to see you back though... seems everyone's in a sort of a rut these days, myself included.
 
Hey guys, I'm here...honestly, I got a little caught up in football :p I've been traveling a little bit (not far but) consequently I fell off the wagon BIG time!! Not eating badly but NOT eating enough and not working out as much either. But at least I've gotten 3 times per week (that's the minimum I allow myself) LOL

Gonna start today though, although I'll start the eating part tomorrow, I need to go grocery shopping tonight...

Food today so far sucks:

B-2 eggs/ whole wheat bread
L-grilled cheese sandwich (bad, bad, bad)
D-not yet but it's only 3:50

No snacks, cuz it's becoming sucha chore! I feel great though, eating less has trimmed me down a bit but my goal originally had been a little more muscle hence my preoccupation (-sp-it's probably spelled with only one c lol) with eating a lot more than I do.

I think realistically I'm just gonna shoot to maintain a good figure and an overall toned look :) That will be good enough for me...

Look out for me though :)
 
Thanks guys! I had a great work out yesterday! Did my lower body
(squats, lunges, bridges, lifts, calves, abs) and 20 minutes of cardio.

Today I have upper (arms, back, chest) and also cardio...

My food is ok, only about 900 calories right now but I still have my pm snack and dinner to go :)
 
Back on Track

Ok, although I have not been keeping up my diary I've been keeping up with a semi/clean diet. During the holidays I reverted back to doing light full body workouts three times per week because I simply could not find the time.

But starting this week I'm back to my upper/lower body split AND keeping track of my eating through fitday.

So far today (kind-a low):

981 calories total
(after breakfast,snack and lunch), which actually brings me to my target of about 1900-2000 per day after all my meals

19%fat
29%carb
52%protein...

I'm doing my upper body today which will consist of:

biceps
triceps
Deltoids
Back/Chest
15-20 minutes of moderate cardio.

I WILL post an updated picture in the next few weeks in the gallery :)
