need some suggestions

This is kinda long..... After a bit of a shock, I've recently restarted my fitness program that I had to stop 3 years ago due to work/school. At the time I was 230, running 5 miles 3x/week and using my bowflex every so often.

Last August, I went to get fitted for my paint respirator I weighed 274 and I passed the breathing test by only 1%. I started a diet, and got down to 257lbs. Here's where I added in my workouts (about 3 weeks ago). I added in my runs this last monday.

Mon: 1.8 mile run @ lunch/Bowflex Better Body workout (2 sets/15 reps)
(Benchpress, Lat rows, Deltoid rows, Bicep Curl, Tricep Curl, Leg Press, Leg Curl, Lower Back Extension, Resisted Crunch, Max Weight benchpress)
Wed: 1.8 mile run @ lunch
Thu: Bowflex workout
Fri: 1.8 mile run @ lunch
Sat: Bowflex workout
Tue/Sun: off

My schedule is kinda hectic (3 jobs/family), and I am on an okay diet. Reduced calories, and relatively balanced nutritionally... I'm just looking to see what my options are when I comes to my workouts or maybe a suppliment or something to help me out. I did try Hydroxycut a while back, drank 2x the recommended water, and ended up with blood in my urine (found out during a drug test).

If it was a small amount of blood and its not recuring then it was just a burst capillary. However you should get snother check asap incase its more serious.

Suppliment - weight loss suppliments only really help when you have already lost lots of weight and your trying to loose the last little bit. If you are not very fit then it will just make your heart race and you wont feel like working out so much.
Just stick to your healthy eatting and exercise and you'll be fine.
Post up your work out if you want and we can see if ther is anything we can improve on.

Perhaps lower your reps and up your weights on one or two of your weight training days. 4x8 and 5x5 are some good parameters to play with.
