Arrrgh! I'm frustrated with my body!

I 've been training for abotu a month straight now, and I haven't seen ANY loss in my weight! I am 26.5, 160 and have been for the past 3 months. I eat plenty of protein, 5 small meals, no cheat meals (except for occasional bites of cereal or chocolate, but those are rarities), everything I eat is clean. No sugars, No fast food, nothing fried, no deserts, so trans nothing, and low carbs evertyday, with no carbs after 9pm. I train at least 4 times a week, using a variable set/rep schedule ranging b/t 6-12 reps per set. I mainly am concentrating on compound excercises, some isolation excercises, and an even split b/t upper and lower body movements. Only freeweights too, save for the lat pull down. I do at least 20 minutes of cardio after each full body workout, and 1 hour of cardio on my days off of lifting. One day a week of rest. 7 hours of sleep nightly, but I tend to eat a no-carb meal of veggies and clean meats 1.5 hours before bedtime, which I think is detrimental to my routine. I take everyday a multi, GTE, and supplement with a pro blend to ensure that I get my protien intake consistent. My strenth has improved in all workouts, and I breeze through my cardio, but my weight remains the same!!! I want to cut down my % of BF but I am getting no where. Please help me and tell me what am I doing wrong. Thanks!

Please list the exact foods you each at the exact time of day so we can get a better idea of what you are ingesting. Macro timing is everything.

are you taking BF% measurments or are you just looking stricly at your weight? You could be putting on lean mass and losing fat at a rate which makes it appear like you arent losing fat because your weight remains the same...

OK, sorry LV, I'm a noob at "macro dieting". I'm still reading up on NROL, so a good diet book is next. As for my timing, I wake up @ 6:30am I'd say I eat at 8am, 10am = tuna on crushed wheat, 12pm 3pm = meat with salad, 6pm 9pm = some MRP and a no carb dinner, sleep at 11:30pm. All times are approximations, and I drink plenty of water throughout the day.

As for my measurements, again, I don't have a clue. All I know is my weight on my excercises has increased. Sorry I'm such a rookie at this.
