Hello everyone. I am a 20 year old Junior at the University of Iowa majoring in Health and Sports Studies/Health Promotion. I lift weights 3 times a week and do 2-3 days of cardio per week. I have been taking my personal fitness and nutrition seriously for about 4 months now.
I am 6'1", and 165lbs. I came to this forum because I love to discuss fitness and nutrition with others because it is my belief that you can never know enough about a subject like this. There are new methods and techniques coming out all the time and I love to stay on top of things.
So heres to hoping we can have many great conversations in the future where I can learn a great deal from all of you, and perhaps even teach/help you out with a thing or two as well.
