8 minute workouts

Hi, are the 8 minute workouts good? Here's the one for abs:

I would be doing all of them every day except the abs one, cause I have a 1 hour abs lesson at school 3 times a week and those 3 days I wouldn't do it, for cardio I do 1 hour a day of freestyle soccer (juggling and doing tricks).
So do you think this is a good routine to get a 6 pack and also get toned arms, legs and buns?
I'm 16 and I don't think I have ab fat (if I stand upright and press my finger against my abs it goes in about half a centimeter)
Oh and finally can anyone please give me some eating tips? Not an eating routine cause I can't make everything, just like what are the best foods and which ones are the worst, thx.
 
Doubtfult. There's not enough time spent at threshold heart rate to burn much and not enough time to really hit fast or slow twitch muscle fiber.

My workouts are about two hours long, but I'm doing a full-body and the time spent setting up the next superset and warming up takes a significant amount of time.
 
Well, i don't have any time at all for any more workouts, so I'll have to see if it works even a little, at least I hope the 1 hour ab class doeswork
 
you do realize that 1 hour of abs still won't give you washboard abs...right?

a hard six pack comes from a good clean diet. it doesn't matter how awesome you train abs, if there's 2 inchs of fat covering them.
and diet, not 1 hour of abs, will reduce belly fat, because you cannot spot reduce fat without surgery (liposuction)
 
I don't have fat covering my belly, maybe 1/5 of an inch, which i think is nothing, I dunno really. About the diet, can you give me some tips?
In the morning at 6 AM I can eat cereal, fruit or bread, nothing prepared like eggs, what do you think is the best option? I'm 16 if it matters.

Then at about 10 AM I can eat fiber bars or multigrain bars from vending machines and other processed products, then at about 3 PM I eat rice, meat, soup, salad or anything my mom prepares, and at 6PM I can eat SunChips Apple, which has no fat and a lot of fiber, finally at 9PM I can eat eggs, a sandwhich, cereal, quesadillas, etc. So what do you think would be good options from there?
 
Diet needs a lot help. I suggest searching through some diaries and seeing what others are eating, or click in malkore's signature.
 
as tony says, diet really needs help, not enough protien, and you think Sun Chips are health food ;)
