Hi my name is Sara, Im 19 and I am new to this forum. I found it when I was searching for something about weight, and it looks like a good place I can ask questions and get the help I need. Im about 5'5 and 124lbs. That doesnt sound overweight but I defintely have too much fat in some areas. I know one of my problems that I cant help is my back, I have scoliosis so my posture is pretty bad and sort of makes my stomach stick out. My legs are pretty skinny, and Im not worried about them but I need to lose weight in my stomach and hips area and it would be nice to go down a cup size, haha.
But anyway, Im at college living in a dorm so its not the easiest to always find time to workout but I have been going to our rec center everyday if possible, and I run and do a few other things there. Im eating pretty good but its annoying because I live with three skinny roommates that eat junk and tons of food and look way better than me. If there are any tips you have, let me know. Thanks!
