Wow, sorry to hear about the loss of your legs.

LOL!!! Stop being a smarta*s Cynic! :p

Seriously Danny, he's right. So many guys won't work their legs, all swearing that their legs are big enough, and everyone tells them so. I can assure you Danny, as a woman, many of us notice when the guys refuse to work their legs. It's all about symmetry man. As your upper body gets bigger, what used to look like perfectly big legs, look like toothpicks in comparison really quickly. Trust me, a big ripped meaty thigh is really sexy.

Some people will swear that if you aren't totally sore after every single workout, then you just didn't get a good workout. I disagree. I have brought muscles to failure (and/or near failure), I mean hard workout, and don't always get sore.

Everyone is different, but soreness typically occurs when you are new to working out, when you haven't worked out in a while, when you start a new program, or when you change the intensity. Everyone's body will heal and adapt differently to stimulus.

you should NOT get terribly sore after a workout, especially not full body's that you do several times a week (typcially every other day).

at most you should be a little stiff. anything more indicates too much volume done, which means you need more recovery time before the next workout.

if you're kicking your a$$ during the workout and leave your gym 'spent', then you got a good workout.

erase 'no pain, no gain' from your thoughts.
