Vancouver Mommy's Online Diary

Don't worry about the food. You'll be alright. Once you have the baby, you can work on that.

Not necessarily, because she and the baby need proper nutrients. A balanced diet is very important at this time, which can be done with allowing certain cravings. Ive noticed you give alot of this "Dont worry about it, work on it tomorrow" advice which is ok sometimes, but not 1500+ times.

Yes Tony, I take the more "literal approach" and you take the "hard-nose approach", but what I'm trying to say is that it's ok if you have a you eat the wrong thing, tomorrow is another day. Don't stress over it, don't get upset, don't let it ruin your day. Just pick it up tomorrow. Don't be like "That Guy", who thinks they can't cheat now and then and has no fun because they think they have to have a strict diet.

I understand that you are strict when it comes to your diet and what not, but I'm sure you cheat now and then, it's human nature.

As for vancouver_mommy, I understand she needs to eat healthy for the baby. I didn't mean that she had to throw her diet out the window because she's pregant.

Obviously, you and I are going to see things different, but it seems like you go out of your way to comment on what I say and make me feel two feet tall. I understand opinions are just that, opinions. I was just trying to be helpful. I'm sorry if you don't like what I have to say and you can't sit and bite your tongue, but you need to take a chill pill and calm down.

I dont take the "hard nosed" approach, because Ive seen these kind of posts for quite some time now and know I am not the only one who sees things this way. I am not trying to say that you are not supportive to the other girls on this site, but its kind of getting out of control (you are not the only one). Everyone hits a bump in the road and shouldnt stress it too hard, but so many people make excuses for themselves that they never actually get started with anything. I dont try to go out of my way to discredit what you say, because as I said Ive been seeing this for quite some time.

This is only the second comment I made about it, and the first one was an extremely wrong nutrition comment in my wifes diary. People come to this site looking for help and in need of sometimes "life changing" advice. I have no problems with the great support we show each other here, but we have to provide knowledgable and correct answers. People, if given bad advice, will either give up or worst case scenario get injured. I dont think I know everything, but I only post on what I know, which should be done by all members here.

Sorry to put this in your diary Vancouver.

I admit I'm one of the people who get stressed and hits a bump in the road and makes the excuses. Heck I'm still going thru it. I know what I have to do but getting myself to do it is the problem. I know you don't go out of the way to discredit what I have to say, but for some reason I took the earlier post that way.

I'm sorry I gave your wife the bad advice. Usually if I don't know what to say, I usually let somebody else answer the quesiton. I should have done that that day, but for some reason I didn't.

I'm sorry for starting this stupid fued and I'm sorry too Vancouver.

i dont want to keep writing about this in this diary anymore, so please see my diary for my response to both of you.
