Yes Tony, I take the more "literal approach" and you take the "hard-nose approach", but what I'm trying to say is that it's ok if you have a you eat the wrong thing, tomorrow is another day. Don't stress over it, don't get upset, don't let it ruin your day. Just pick it up tomorrow.
I understand that you are strict when it comes to your diet and what not, but I'm sure you cheat now and then, it's human nature.
