Core Area...

So I've been training consistently for about two months now. I feel that I have had great progress. However, my abs/obliques are slow to progress. I now barely have any fat on my body except my trouble spot, my mid-section. I know I could improve my eating habits and I have stopped drinking alcohol or sugar drinks of any sort many months ago. I am also trying to bulk up a bit too. But my questions is how do I get ride of the extra fat? Should I be doing cardio to get ride of it or exercises? I read the Abs Diet book and I've been eating some of the food they suggest and I have been doing the excersie in the book along with workouts at the gym. I'm going to find the time to get a photo of myself today to post so you can see what I mean - however hopefully you guys aren't too harsh on me, lol. Thanks.

dont try to bulk up while trying to loose the fat around your abs. you need to cut overall, which usually means doing more cardio and eating a bit less.

jupp, or bulk first and then cut it down later, its all up to you. Once you start bulking you usually gain some fat.

read the most recent Sports Illustrated magazine with the two eagles players butting heads on the front cover. There is a big article in there about what NFL players do for core strength and what diets they do with it. It's really good!

or get lypo. always a good choice. Always a jack robins.
