Having trouble with making GOOD fullbody workout with universal...

Okay I have decided that i want to do a fullbody workout 3x/week. But i dont have a benchpress and am unfamiliar with alot of the popular exercises that people have been recommended (although I am getting some help with that) But my major problem is a have a pully system Universal Gym and limited dumbells. Here's a list of the excercises the universal gym has

Pressing Station:
  • Vertical Chest Press
  • Vertical Incline press
  • shoulder press
  • seated mid row
  • pec contractor
  • leg extension
  • leg curl
  • lat pull down
  • tricep pushdown
  • pectorial crossover
  • AB crunch
  • tricep extension
  • low row
  • upright row
  • standing arm curl
  • standing deltoid raise
  • back kick
  • side bend

Now im not sure if these are universally known excercises or if they are specific to my universal gym. but if i could get some advice on what kind of fullbody workout i could do with these excersises it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for the help

Well as time passes and as you can afford investing in some dumbells would be wise. As well as a chin-up/pull up bar to give you some more variety.
The main problem I see and do understand you dilema is you can't really do squats or deadlifts which is core compound movements to any full body workout. However you can incorporate some good body weight movements along with your gym. I would add these moves to your list of avalible to choose from when designing your routine.

Planks
Push Ups
Supermans
Ski Squats (I like to put a ball inbetween the knees for that extra kick)
Dips

Thanks alot for the help, haha yea within the time i posted that i found a sale on at fitness depot down the road and just picked up myself a decent set of dumbells. now all i need is a bench :)
