First time meal setup - would love feedback!

Alright, this is the first time ive ever sat down and mapped out a set of meals and would really appreciate all feedback and suggestions on different types of .. hehe.. CHEAP but healthy foods :D


Breakfast - 2 eggwhites 1 whole egg. 1 cup of oats.

Second meal - 1 large baked chicken breast (skinless) with 2 cups shredded lettuce with 1 oz roasted almonds and 1 tomatoe

Third meal - 2 slices of whole wheat bread with 1 can 6 oz tuna

fourth meal - Whey protein smoothie(Includes 1 large banana) - After workout

Fith meal -

Sixth meal - Probably 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese an hour or so befor bed


I have problems with my fith meal so far the stats are this
Total calories 2442 - Protein(246) 43% Fat(66) 26% Carbs(213) 31%

My maint is 3300 so I have to find some way to get up to 2800 and and up the percentage of fat.

What im trying to do is loose fat so im trying to do my best so as not to screw up. If anyone has any suggestions on filling in the fith meal or comments on the rest of it itd be great! Thanks and goodluck!

Somehow I feel the entire meal plan may be a trainwreck!

Fifth would be post post workout. Throw in some brown rice, some lean protein, chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc..., and some veggies.
 
more eggs at breakfast. i'm maintaining weight right now at 2000 cals a day and I have 5 egg whites and 2 yolks every day for breakfast, which is just barely over 20g of protein.
