Yeah pb is addictive, I used to eat jiffy right out of the container back in the day. baaaddd. LOL I havnt had it in a smoothie either, actually I havnt made a smoothie in a long time. Let me know if its any good
 
I used to do that too. Now I know how to control my eating the pb w/out going overboard.

Will do when it comes to the smoothies.
 
Haha Im glad Im not the only one who used to eat pb all the freakin time. It sure will make me gain weight faster than anything else I know thats for sure. Here is what I ate yesterday, I was too lazy to write it down. I didnt do any excercising yesterday, except about 20 minutes of practiciing step before work. We were real busy at work, so we were on our feet all day, but no working out

breakfast... kashi golean crunch with strawberries,blueberries, almonds, organic skim milk. 1 apple

snack...breyers lowfat light yogurt

lunch...tuna sandwhich with ff mayo on sprouted wheat bread, salad with spinach and baby carrots with tiny bit of rasperry vinigerette. 1 apple again lol

snack...lowfat string cheese

dinner... half a grilled chicken breast and some steamed broccolli

snack...peanut butter pita again LOL and some baby carrots to munch on.

snack... I was having a sweet tooth, and since I barely made my calorie limit I inhalled a bunch of quaker rice cake minis... I really should quit buying those...

Yeah it definatly could be....good thing I didnt have any chocolate cake laying around LOL Man Im nervous now!!! There is a step certification the weekend of the 19th, and Im gonna shoot for that. Its the first one they have had here in a while. Im comfortable in my home gym with all my friends, but man, thats gonna be alot of pressure. They bust your @$$ too for two days straight. apparently you go through 3 to 4 sets of workout cloths each day. I hope I do okay!!! Im really excited though!!!
 
I hope so too!! That is a long trip, and its expensive!!! I REALLY want to though.What a day today though. Good greif, I bet a burned a million calories today LOL with all the excercise and running around I did today.

6:00 am... breakfast was kashi golean crunch cereal with blueberries and strawberries and almonds and organic skim milk.

9:00 practiced step routine for about 20 minutes

9:30ish... ate yogurt and went to target

10:30... step class 1 hour... have to teach for real next thursday so Ill be ready come the 19th...ahhhh!!!:eek: im already scared LOL

12ish...lunch was tuna sandwhich on sprouted wheat bread with baby carrots to munch on

1:30ish after doing grocerys...1 medium apple

2:00...practiced step routine for about 30 minutes

3:00ish.. peanut butter pita...I was randomly hungry

4:30...needed to each something pre workout but wasnt hungry, so I ate a banana

5:45...1 hour step class

7:30...rode Annabelle for about 30 minutes, nothing too hard just a working trot, and we rode around the field before it got dark.

9:00...just got home and ate half chicken breast from the other night, steamed broccoli. Im still starving, and its been 20 minutes. I am only at 1600 calories which seems WAY too low for what I did today. Will probably eat something else after my shower.
 
Apparently I havnt been very good about typing in my journal these past few days. Things have been pretty hectic around here, and I havnt really had a chance to sit down at the computer. Sorry guys! Ive been trying to practice that routine every chance I get. I know them all now except 2 tracks! Im supposed to teach for real on thursday, then again monday and next thursday. Then that certification is on that weekend. Not much free time right now. Anyways, I didnt do too well on food this weekend. I ate healthy friday during the day, but then went out and ate dinner, had a few beers, and kicked everyones butt in pool, all while eating a big crabcake and baked potato. LOL I couldnt help it, I havnt had crab cake in a million years. Saturday was good diet wise, yesterday was good until 3ish when we had my brothers birthday party. I had a tiny piece of cake and a small scoop of ice cream after dinner, and some reeses pieces minis. they are soooooooooooo goood. But My stomach was sick yesterday so that was a bad idea, and I still feel like crap today. oh well. ANyhow, I hope everyone is doing okay!
 
Congrats on teaching. I think you'll like it. Just be patient with the ones who don't catch on right away(i.e. people like me). Don't worry about what happened over the weekend. Today is a start of a new week. You'll get back into your routine again, plus add the new one.

THanks she, for the encouragement. And I know what you mean about not catching on, it took me so long to catch on when I first started. Its hard to believe right now that Im trying to get certified, never would have thought I was coordinated enough LOL
I did pretty good diet wise today

Kashi golean crunch with blueberries and almonds, and an apple. I still wasnt feeling too well this morning, so I didnt eat alot of the cereal, maybe half a cup.

snack... peanut butter on pita around 10ish

Pumped some iron today...whoo! I havnt done that in a while. Took my friends BodyPump class. She tried to convince me to get certified for that too..yeah right! Im not a weight lifter... I would fall over and die if I had to teach that everyday LOL

lunch...turkey on sprouted wheat bread, and a spinach and baby carrot salad with barely any dressing.

snack... 1 apple and some dark chocolate...mmmmm yummy. its 88 percent cacoa... it is sooooo good. Has less calories too than the hershey stuff

pre workout dinner... 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, with half a banana mixed in.

I have step class in an hour, and will probably have a peanut butter pita again...LOL Im totally addicted to those, and they are cheap enough too.

I practiced step today too, probably an hour alltogether, possibly more. Whoo hoo! I know all except 3 tracks! Anyways, hope everyone had a good weekend.
 
I havnt done too well diet wise the last two days. I ate too much, but I ate healthy food, just too much I think. I think I am pmsing, and I have to teach a class for real today, so I have been really nervous, and I think that is making me binge. I dont remember what I had the day before yesterday, yesterday it was..

lunch...me and kelly went out to lunch because it was our next to last day workin together, and our office manager was being a b*tch to us. We got salads across the street. It was a healthy salad, but it was big. mostly lettuce though, but I dont know how many calories was in it. It had a bit of grilled chicken, 1 egg white, lots of lettuce, a few carrots, and a few cucumbers.

snack...apple

fake dinner...I left my dinner at home, so I bought a turkey pita at 7-11, but the pita bread was gross, and the cheese is nasty, so I just ate the turkey... what a loser.

real dinner. 4 ounces grilled chicken breast and broccoli when I got home. More grapes.

then I ate a peanut butter pita again because I was stressing out about something or another. I practiced step again for about 20 minutes

Today Im doing better, my mom wants me to go to Sonic with her and my brother, but I dont think I am gonna eat there. We are going to olive garden tonight with the family, I will get the salmon and steamed broccoli, and tell them to hold off on the butter sauce on the broccoli. I have 2 step classes today, and I practiced this morning. I actually have to teach in like 1 hour...I really nervous. I am trying to convince myself that I will do great, but its not working. Most of the girls in the class are my friends, and the instructor and I are real good friends, so that helps, but still!!! I feel like im back in theater again with the jitters...LOL

:D I totally ROCKED that class!!!! man I cant wait to get certified!! That was so awsome, now that my nerves are gone, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching. whoo!! sorry just had to get that out!
 
Each class is an hour in length (45 min cardio, 15 minutes strength/ stretching) I get to do it again on monday, that class is usually PACKED. Should be interesting...LOL Im so tired today, Im working on less than an hour of sleep last night, ridiculous. Here is how my day went....

5:00am...breakfast...bowl of kashi golean crunch with blueberries, almonds, and organic skim milk. Ive started adding wheat germ and ground flaxseed to my cereal too. a teaspoon of each. 1 apple I believe...

snack pre workingout...luna bar I needed something quick..

10:30am step class...WHOO

12...lunch was tuna sandwhich on sprouted wheat bread with a spinach and baby carrot salad. My mom called to tell me we were going to eat lunch at IHOP...glad I already ate! I went anyways, and just got a tiny bowl of fruit..and man was it TINY!!! It was like 4 small pieces of melon, 3 tiny pieces of cantalope, and 1 random piece of pineapple...LOL

snack later in the day...50 calorie string cheese, some dark chocolate

post workoutsnack...peanut butter pita I think I had...

step class 1 hour at 545 pm

dinner was olive garden with my family. I was so hungry, I felt like I was going to pass out while waiting for the food. My head was hurting and spinning. It was kinda scary. I had a bit of the salad, and I ordered the salmon and steamed broccoli. Ordered the broccoli plain, no butter sauce. I ate everything. It had red bell pepers too. It was a big piece of fish, but thats ok. I was still hungry afterwards:eek: They brought my brother some ice cream, I had 2 small bites of that, and a bite of my aunts rasperberry cheesecake...I couldnt resist... It was a small bite though..LOL

Snack at home was a few green grapes.
 
I have not been very good about writing in this thing lately, I have been unbelievably busy these past few days. I am so glad its over. Everyone it seemed like had a birthday, or some special occasion where we had to eat out. I picked healthy food like grilled salmon and tuna, and steamed veggies or a salad, but still. I guess its okay though, somewhere along the line I still ended up dropping another pound- down to 121 pounds now. I think Im gonna ask my old trainer at the gym to check my bodyfat for me tonight. I hope Im not loosing muscle mass...been trying to lift weights as much as I can lately, but it is hard to find the time. I am off this whole week, so im training for the certification this weekend constantly. Im instructing again tonight, and looking forward to it this time:) Here is my food for today so far...

breakfast... bowl of kashi golean crunch, with blueberries, almonds, and organic skim milk. I have been putting in a tsp of wheat germ, and tsp of ground flax seed. 1 apple

post workout... peanut butter on 60 calorie pita bread

mid morning snack... plain yogurt

lunch was tuna sandwhich with tiny bit of ff mayo, on sprouted wheat bread, with 1 banana

practiced step for awhile, dont know how long. need to do some more tonight...

snack... apple, a few almonds. oh yeah some dark chocolate somewhere today

pre workout now... bowl of plain oatmeal.
